      Hi Casey,
I would definitely be interested in the Sligo Maid as its a tune I’ve been trying to get a handle on for a long time.
Rogaire Dubh and Ballyhoura mountains would also get my vote.
      Regards
      D.

      Hi There,
Thank you very much for your feedback Sabrina.
It looks like you find the backing track more useful than distracting.
So anything that helps a musician get a grip on a tune I’m all for.
I had been concentrating mostly on Kevin Burkes tunes (which doesn’t have accompaniment) and just lately I decided to dip a toe in the other tutorials.
I hadn’t realised the SoundCloud track was just the guitar backing. I can see how that could be useful, so thanks for that tip.
I agree it’s best to be playing with other musicians, although that can have its issues depending on who you’re playing with, it should always be a “conversation”.
I had thought about getting a Metronome to check my timing but have heard the good and the bad so haven’t decided yet.

      All the best

Miss Mcleods is often put after the Silver Spear and works well.

Niel Gow’s Lament is a great tune..will look forward to getting stuck into that.
Any up date on more from Kevin Burke?
There was talk of another two tunes belonging to the Tuttles reel set, The bunch of green rushes and The Maids of Mitchelstown.

Thanks for all the hard work,
      Devanny.

Yes I wonder could an app help with accessing the lessons easier?
For example keeping instructors and tunes your working on saved in one place.
I find if I’m working on a particular lesson and want to get back to it I have to choose the instructor from the drop down list
And them click through the pages of lessons until I find the one I want.
But maybe someone else has found an easier way of doing this?
