Good advice for sure, thank you. I will definitely try to get my metronome out more and put it to good use. I’ve had issues trying to use it before – as in it just feels like I’ve been doing it just to do it, rather than actually benefiting from it. I will have to experiment with it a bit more and see what works and what doesn’t. I’ve seen topics about this around the site before, so I’ll for sure have to go take a visit to those again.

I will certainly be on the lookout for those lessons in the future. Sounds super helpful and interesting!

Casey, you will learn foot tapping and not regret. It was the very first thing I remember learning from Andre a couple years ago. I now find myself doing it without thinking when I play fiddle or listening to fiddle tunes, haha. And yeah I know what you mean about how many tunes there are 🙂

I’m currently learning Maid Behind the Bar, memorizing the notes. Can’t wait till I can slowly speed it up… 🙂 Also working on Beaulieu from Andre’s lessons. One of my favorites.

Discord is typically used for social gaming connection, but I can see discord possibly being used for this as well. I haven’t tried the other two.
