The Fiddler’s Fake Book has a pretty good version of Bluegrass In The Backwoods that seems very close to what Kenny Baker plays. I’m a fiddle hack but have managed to learn it well enough, that if I got together with a guitar player who could provide rhythm, I’d give it a try. Anyway, it’s a good way to start.

Maybe a possible solution would be to pan the backing track into one channel and the performance into the other channel. (Left & Right channels). Then if someone didn’t want the backing track, pan left or right to hear just the performance.
