Kevin has wrapped his 2020 recording session…we’ll keep these in mind for future lessons.
Have you seen that Kevin already recorded two of Sean Ryan’s jigs?

Hi, Bev. I’ll add that to my running request list. I’ll have to research the cross-tuning options…I’ve always played in regular tuning, although I know some players do cross tune that one…Thx for the suggestion!

Would you please post Midnight on the Water with the double stops and the fiddle tuned to DDAD? I think Mark O’connor plays in EbEE … its great in any tuning but maybe the DDAD is more common?

Hi,
Could you help me with chopping problems? I do all my fiddlings with viola, which is bigger of course and the bow is also longer and a bit heavier. I don’t know if my bow’s ok for this kind of playing (or just my poor technique, maybe?); the top of the bow trembles while chopping, and that’s annoying. Hi,
What’s that tune played at the end of the québécois lessons called? It’d be great to see that one as a lesson. I heard it once at a contest for their sound check and it sounded like a great tune.
