  2. Hey Megan, I don’t know if you will read this or not but this video really helped me. I am a seasoned player that came out of a bluegrass, pop, classical, Irish background and I moved from a city to my rural hometown to care for my aging mother. There are very few fiddlers in this area and so I slowly but surely have been taking on permenant weekly gigs. These gigs are all classic country and country. I didn’t know how to kick off a song save the life of me because I thought I needed to know the song. Holy cow, this was a life saving video. You are right. I play every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights with bands. All I can say is thanks so much. What I could not figure out in 18 months, you helped me to learn in one short video. Great video!
