Hi, folks. Been a while.
We were just informed that some subscribers are experiencing an issue where the enhanced player won’t load videos on certain iOS/mobile devices.
You should be able to access the videos at the bottom of each page as a backup, or the enhanced player will work on desktops.
We are currently working with some coders to get a more long-term fix in place. Thanks for your patience and feel free to use the standard player to load videos until we get things sorted.
