I&#8217;m a big Ron Stewart fan and, watching his videos, he actually slurs less than I would have thought (his tune, Stewart&#8217;s Dream, is an example where I would have done more slurring than he actually does). <p>I wondered if you have any thoughts on when to slur notes in a fiddle tune? If you are learning a tune by ear, and not able to see the bow, its sometimes difficult to hear when notes are slurred and when the bow strokes are separate.
