  2. Thanks for this! Do you find that you hit a different part of the base of your palm with each string?

    • Hi, Amanda. I suppose that the angle of your hand affects where on the palm/heel of your hand you end up touching the rib of the fiddle, but it isn’t something that I’m conscious of as I shift to third. I’m just looking for the contact…your brain will solve for the rest. So, I guess my short answer would be no!
