(If you have trouble playing this video on your device, scroll to the bottom of the page for our Standard Video Player)

Cali’s Wedding is an original Scottish Strathspey/March composed by Fiddlevideo instructor Hanneke Cassel. Hanneke composed the tune for the wedding of her friend Cali McKasson Kovin, who sadly passed away shortly after Hanneke recorded the tune for The Fiddlevideo Project. Hanneke recorded this A-key tune on her album For Reasons Unseen. Hanneke walks us through her basic and advanced arrangement of the tune in this lesson module. In honor of Cali, Hanneke has released this tune as a free lesson to celebrate her life.

Feel free to check out the Scottish Gracenote Tutorials as you work on this tune.
